We have taken incremental steps to enhance our nano brewery. Today the hot side uses a 3 vessel blichman kettle set up driven by a custom control panel based on the electric brewing company design. Each kettle is 200l expandable to 400l but we normally brew batches at 120 or 240 liters. The cold side is 4 conical fermenters and 2 brite tanks from SSbrewtech. With a large size beer cooler with FTSs chill and heat controllers for each tank.
This means the system is still very small and hands on but flexible with a lot of control and processes that you would find in a bigger sized brewery.
Our beer is produced and packaged into kegs and bottles by hand. None of our beers are pasteurised or filtered and should be enjoyed fresh.
