We have taken incremental steps to enhance our nano brewery. In winter 2017 we converted the tractor workshop into our new brewery and moved out of our basement. Today the hot side uses a 3 vessel blichman kettle with extensions, driven by a custom control panel based on the electric brewing company design.
The cold side is 7 conical fermenters and 2 brite tanks. With electronic temperature control and chillers.
Our beers are packaged by hand and then go straight into our cold storage until delivery.
None of our beers are pasteurised or filtered and should be enjoyed fresh.
